Privacy policy

Plain-language version: what this site collects, what it’s used for, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

Enquiry forms (Contact and Bulk Orders): your name, email address, phone number, message, and — for bulk requests — your company name and any extra notes you add.
Orders: the details you give Shopify’s checkout so your order can be paid for and delivered.
Your cart: the items in your cart are saved in your own browser so they’re still there when you come back. That stays on your device until you clear it or check out.
This site does not run advertising or visitor-tracking scripts.

To reply to your enquiry, quote a bulk order, or help with sizing and exchanges.
To process and deliver an order, and to follow up if something goes wrong with it.
We don’t sell your details, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Shopify — runs the checkout, takes payment and holds your order record. Their own privacy terms apply to that part.
Web3Forms — carries your enquiry form submission to our inbox so we can reply. They pass it along and don’t keep it for their own use.
Our internet and hosting providers keep standard technical logs as part of running the site.

Card numbers and payment credentials go to Shopify’s checkout, not to us. We never see or store them.

Enquiries and order conversations stay in our email and business records in case you come back with a question about them.
Cart contents stay in your browser until you remove them, check out, or clear your browser storage.

You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them.
You can stop an enquiry being sent simply by not submitting the form, and you can clear your cart or browser storage at any time.

We only use the details for the job you contacted us about, and we don’t publish your information.
No method of sending data over the internet is completely risk-free, so don’t include anything in a form that you wouldn’t want in an email.
